Welcome drinks package 1.
£8 per bottle
Host supplied wine, Champagne, prosecco, bottled bear of your choice Corkage charge £8.00 per bottle this covers cost of service by our staff to serve and supply of glassware.
Welcome drinks package 2.
£16 Per Head
Option 1.
Welcome drinks (Champagne / Prosecco, orange juice, bottled beer of your choice).
Served and topped up until stock has gone. Fee £16 per head.

£5.00 per head

A £150 deposit is required for the Welcome drinks package 1 & £300 deposit
The above cost covers, stock, staff, glass hire if real glass is required. (inside events only) outside supply of plastic glassware.

Welcome drinks package 1,
a £150 deposit is required when booking, and the balance once total number of guests are confirmed, to be paid prior to the start of the event.

£300 Deposit
Welcome drinks package 2, A £300 deposit is required when booking, and the balance once the total number of guests are confirmed, to be paid prior to the start of the event.

option 1
£300 Deposit required
Cash Bar Host pays a £300 Deposit required upon booking to secure the date for the bar hire.Customers pay for their own drinks.
Option 2
£300 Deposit required
Prepaid Bar/complementary
Host pays £300 deposit upon booking and a card will be authorised for an agreed set amount prior to the event commencing. You can set your limits if required and we will notify you when these limits are reached, You can then increase your limit or convert to a cash bar. (All receipts will be given upon request).
option 3
£300 Deposit Required
Set prepaid Bar
Host pays £300 Deposit upon booking and puts a set amount ‘behind the bar’ on the day of the event, once this limit has been reached guests will pay for their own drinks until close.
option 4
Token Bar
£300 Deposit Required
Token Bar
Host Pays £300 deposit upon booking and on the day all guests are given 1a number of tokens, these are traded in at the bar for 1 drink of their choice. No doubles allowed on this option
Please note that for packages that the hosts are contributing to, for spirits no double measures will be served unless the host gives permission.
Deposits are required to be paid when booking a package.
Deposits will be refunded at the end of the event less any glass hire for real glasses used for inside events.
No real glasses will be used for outside events.
